Exhibit & Interaction Design
Adjunct Professor Communication Design
Taught advanced Interaction & Experience Design courses in Communication Design at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit Michigan. Developed curriculum, technical and creative workshops, and independent studies for cross department students seeking the skills developed throughout the courses.
Interaction Design III
The third in a titular series exploring interactivity. Where Interaction I & II introduced students to interaction design through web interfaces and screens. Interaction III departs from screens to consider interaction design through the physical environment. Through accessibility, play, group dynamic and behavior theory, haptics, and human perception.
Coursework introduces students to more complex design principles, coding languages, hardware, software, and fabrication techniques. Exploring physical and human-centric design solutions while building upon their foundational knowledge of interface design.
Experience Design
The unofficial fourth installment elective in the Interaction trilogy, Experience Design set out to push students into experimental territory exploring the foundations of accessibility and human perception.
Students were exposed to work that pushed the field of experience and interaction design, while encouraging them to challenge their understanding of interaction hitherto.
