One Big Bead Maze for the grown children of Our City Oakland

All ages adore the classic Wire & Bead Maze. Because they know it’s filled with hours of fun and educational play. It promotes eye-hand coordination, helps to build visual tracking, color and shape recognition, and fine and gross motor skills. Handcrafted from reusable building materials, it's a fun and durable must-have for any playground, civic center, or doctor's office.
For three days a group of sculptures embodying play stood in front of City Hall Oakland. People from over 75 ZIP codes came out for the first Our City: Oakland Public Design Fair, where all kids, big and small had a blast in their city.

This Bead Maze was made in just shy of three weeks. Four weeks if you include writing the proposal, four weeks from Design to Fabrication.
